What is the shipping cost?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination and type of service you select when finalising your order. You can find more information about shipping service price ranges in Shipping and Returns.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In general, orders placed in our gourmet shop before 15:30 are processed on the same day and delivered within 24/48 working hours for deliveries on the Spanish mainland, 48/72 hours for orders on the Balearic Islands and 3/4 days for international orders.

In the event that your order cannot be processed on the same day, we will contact you to inform you of the incident.

How to redeem a discount coupon?

The discount vouchers in our online shop must be redeemed once you have all the products you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. Once you have completed your cart, you must enter the coupon code in the box labeled "Discount Vouchers" and click on "Redeem".

If the coupon is correct and your cart meets the conditions for the discount, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the total.

How do I redeem my loyalty discount?

In order to redeem the loyalty discount generated in previous purchases in our gourmet shop, you must first include in your shopping cart all the products you want to buy.

Once you have completed your shopping cart, you will have to access your customer section and then go to the "My Rewards" section.

In this section, you will be able to see and redeem the discounts you have available. Remember that these amounts are valid for 4 months from the date of the purchase in which they were generated.

You can make your purchase in our gourmet shop through our website or by calling us on 942 500 440 from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00. We will be delighted to process your order or help you with any queries you may have.
