- L sardine is very good source of omega-3, which help reduce cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels while increasing the flow of blood, which decreases the risk of atherosclerosis and thrombosis. For this reason, the consumption of sardines and other oily fish is recommended in cardiovascular diseases. Its protein content is also high.
- Among the vitamins are some of the B group such as B12, B1 or Niacin, which allow the use of energy nutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins).
