Shipping and Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 (change it) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
**Perishable food products can only be returned in case of error, damage, defects and/or if found to be in poor condition. By law, returns cannot be made for other reasons.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
