PRICE RATE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The costs and delivery times are indicated in the purchase process and will depend on the following factors:

  • Country
  • Order weight
  • Type of service: Air Express or Terrestrial Standard

The approximate price for an order from 0 to 5 kg destined for FRANCE, ITALY OR GERMANY in standard road service is €15 with aa delivery time between 2 to 4 days depending on the area of the country where the destination is located.

For orders over €400, road transport is FREE.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared on Monday.
  • All orders are processed the same day of receipt until 15:30. All orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

**IF THERE ARE MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS, LACK OF STOCK, OR ANY PROBLEM OTHER THAN THE PREPARATION BY OUR PART OF YOUR ORDER, IT COULD CAUSE A DELAY IN SHIPPING UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 7 WORKING DAYS, PRIOR NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER.

RETURNS

At anchoasdeluxe.com we want our consumers to be an active part of our quality department, reviewing the appearance, delivery and final state of the product. If for any reason related to our service, you are not satisfied with the arrival of the order, you will be gladly assisted to solve any type of incident.

Legal bases:

  • If your order arrives in poor condition, with breakage, damage or a missing product, contact us within the first 24 hours if possible, we will replace the missing products at no cost and shipping if necessary.

*It is necessary to return broken products.

  • In accordance with article 68 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, the Customer is granted the right of return within fourteen days of receiving the order, with the Customer assuming the amount of the return costs.

Returns of products that meet the following requirements will only be accepted:

  1. The order must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging and its original unbroken seal, with all its accessories and in perfect condition.
  2. Returns of products that do not come in their original packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective due to some type of damage during shipping or simply because the wrong product was sent. In this case, Anchoasdeluxe.com will pay the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.

The procedure to follow to return a product begins with an e-mail to info@anchoasdeluxe.com, by phone at 942-500-440 or through our website in the Contact section. For any of the selected means, we will need you to provide us with the order data, your identification, reasons for the return and a photo of the product as it arrived in the case of being defective.

We will reply to this e-mail as soon as possible. If all the requirements are met, we will proceed to pay the amount of the order except the shipping costs, according to the means of payment that you would have used in the purchase or the free shipping of a new one according to the process that we finally decide by mutual agreement, once we receive the returned order or product.

The return shipment must be made using the same anchoasdeluxe.com box that we sent you, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

ANCHOASDELUXE.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXPENSES CAUSED BY THOSE RETURNS THAT ARE PRODUCED WITHOUT RESPECTING THE STEPS ESTABLISHED IN THIS PROCEDURE OR THAT ARE HAVE DONE WITHOUT JUSTIFIED REASON
