As in its most classic version, this vinaigrette is made with carefully selected blueberries from Cantabria to give this recipe all its flavour.

In this case, a pinch of cayenne has been added to the classic recipe, which gives it a spicy touch that will brighten up your dishes even more .

This vinaigrette is perfect for dressing salads as well as accompanying meat, fish, pasta and vegetables.

Acasyna was born in the town of Liérganes, within the Valles Pasiegos. In this town, he has almost two hectares of plantation where he gets his blueberries to make his jams, sweets or vinaigrettes.
