Shipping and Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
**Perishable food products can only be returned in case of error, breakage, or defects and/or if they are in poor condition. By law, returns cannot be made for other reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
The shipping costs for returning your item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
