Starting with the most classic, Ramón Peña Oro's sardines are small in size, perfect to enjoy in a single bite . With a novel point we find the scallops in Galician sauce , impressive flavor and 100% natural ingredients , and the anchovies in butter , which unlike the traditional presentation, we must take them out of the fridge 1 hour before so that the butter softens and allows us to access best with anchovy loins.

Moving on to the most innovative we find the grilled octopus from Güeyumar, our advice, try to heat it for a few seconds .
