This box is perfect to delve into the wonderful world of anchovies and learn about and enjoy the different formats available on the market.

In this case we will enjoy the Del Ponto anchovies , known for their perfect simplicity and just the right amount of salt .

As we can see, through this box we will be able to discover two different presentations: brochures and high restoration .

This first corresponds to the can of smaller size and weight, 50gr . Inside we will find 8 to 10 small loins .

As a second format, we find the 120gr can, also known as "high restoration". In this case, this can is made up of a total of 12 to 14 large size loins .

The existence of these different formats arises from the need to avoid that , after opening a can, there are leftover loins and they have to be stored to consume another day. As is known, oxygen is the biggest enemy of anchovies , so with this innocent gesture, we are making the remaining fillets lose quality and flavour.

To avoid this, different can sizes were created, thus being able to choose the one that best suits our needs .
