This Cantabrian cannery is specialized in the production of preserves made with Cantabrian products and always accompanied by the best quality ingredients.

In this box we wanted to make a small selection of its best products, creating a perfect gift for a lover of this brand or simply to discover a range of top quality products.

We can group them by the fish with which each preserve is made, obtaining 3 groups: mackerel, bonito and hake.

Mackerel is found both in olive oil and pickled. It should be noted that, as this brand has accustomed us, all the ingredients used for the sauces of its elaborations are natural and of the best quality.

The tuna is presented to us in loins either with onions or in tomato sauce. The latter is made with seasonal tomatoes, which gives it a powerful flavor without overshadowing the juiciness of this bonito from the north.

Thirdly, we will enjoy the classic dish of hake in green sauce and the hake cheeks in olive oil. Alalunga has been the pioneer in the sector in presenting this latest product.

As a golden brush to this great assortment, we will surprise ourselves with the cuttlefish in its ink full of flavor and aroma.
