This whisky is made from a single raw material: rye malt, carefully distilled in small batches. After its 2017 distillation, the spirit was placed into 100-litre Spanish white oak casks, a small size that intensifies maturation.

The casks were seasoned for months with Pedro Ximénez, adding characteristic notes of this sweet wine: raisins, honey, figs, toasted caramel and enveloping aromatic richness.

The 86-month aging gives this whisky a unique personality: warm, elegant and deep. It is a limited edition coming from only 4 casks, each containing 135 to 158 numbered bottles.
