A different, very tasty belly of bluefin tuna. Made with olive oil and salt flakes that give it an unmistakable taste of the sea.
This product is made using fresh bluefin tuna caught using the traditionally sustainable fishing method known as "almadraba" and bluefin fishing that takes place in Barbate in the months of May and June. This fishing is carried out on the Cadiz coast, using a selective, fixed, sustainable and environmentally friendly fishing gear. Its capture depends on climatological factors such as tides, winds and the cleanliness and transparency of the waters, taking place in the months of April and May, taking advantage of the migration process of these towards the Mediterranean, and coinciding in that they offer their point optimal quality for consumption.
These tunas are not artificially fattened in fattening farms. The whole process is handmade and its packaging is done by hand.

Bluefin tuna has become one of the most valued blue fish in Spain, and one of the most appreciated species in international markets. Some of these benefits are the following: - Omega 3 fatty acid and DHA and EPA fats: protect and prevent cardiovascular diseases, preventing the formation of clots in the arteries.
- High levels of vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, B12 and E : bluefin tuna outperforms other foods such as meat, cheeses and eggs. Additionally, vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant.

Drain the product to remove the olive oil and add the salt flakes included in the package on top. Consume as is or, for example, on poached onion and with red peppers. Once opened for consumption, keep cold and in oil for a maximum of 2 days
