It is made exclusively with ripe, healthy ñora peppers , which are dried and slowly smoked over holm oak wood for about 15 days. They are then ground in stone mills until a fine, deep red powder is obtained. Its flavor is mild and sweet , without heat, but with deep smoky notes that add authenticity to your recipes.
