Our hams are the hind limbs of our pigs and are characterized and distinguished by a series of parameters that directly influence all of our senses.
The view: intense and bright red, pearly and unctuous fat. Slight streaks of fat infiltrated in the lean.

Acorn-fed ham properties
Iberian ham provides proteins, vitamins B1, B6, B12 and folic acid, necessary for a good brain function. It is also rich in vitamin E (antioxidant) and minerals such as copper, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus and selenium.
For every 100 grams of acorn-fed Iberian ham, the caloric intake is about 250 kcal, so moderate consumption will not harm low-calorie diets.
Its downside is that it contains salt, but it is the type of ham that has the least of all (between 2.5% and 4.5%), it has 5%.
