Ageing in Sherry Oloroso Casks

This special edition is aged in 20 Spanish white oak casks of 200 litres, previously seasoned with Sherry Oloroso in the distillery. This process imparts warm, complex notes and an exceptional aromatic profile, perfectly balanced between sweetness, wood and spices.

Non–Chill Filtered Whisky

As a non–chill filtered whisky, it retains its natural colour, essential oils and all flavour nuances from the wood and ageing process.
