Ovín de Cabra cheese is of medium intensity, very pleasant to the taste, and is manufactured by one of the Asturian cheese factories with the greatest specialization in soft cheeses.

Asturian cheese with a fine texture and slightly sandy in the most cured pieces. It is an ideal cheese for cheese boards due to its soft-medium intensity, to accompany salads it is a perfect cheese.
