Tronchón Sheep cheese made from raw sheep's milk. Cylindrical in shape slightly domed in the center. Its paste, firm and compact, with an ivory hue, is homogeneous when cut and with little significant presence of irregularly distributed eyes.

The authentic Tronchón cheese, handcrafted in this town of the Maestrazgo, with sheep's milk and without additives, preserving all the intense flavor characteristic of pure sheep's milk, and aged for six months.
Ideal to accompany both young white or rosé wines, as well as reserve reds. We can also accompany it with a craft beer.
