Cheese Tronchon Sheep Rosemary 400 g
What do we find in this product?
Cheese semicurado made with sheep's milk, after a cuidado curd happens to be molded and pressed with cotton cloth. After the maturation of two months we incorporate a layer of rosemary natural, to return to mature for another month in the drying chamber.
The rosemary, typical of our area, gives our cheese aroma to the countryside and nature. Thus, this combination of aromas and flavors make this cheese a delight for the most demanding palates.
