Made in a traditional way with pasteurized goat milk from the Florida breed, an indigenous breed from the Sierra Morena.
This cured goat cheese with paprika is perfect to pair with a red wine at aperitif time. Accompanied by dried fruits, walnuts or artisan bread it will be the touch of flavor and color you are looking for to share at your table.
It has a maturation of more than 45 days and a firm and creamy texture.
Flavor and aromas
Soft, on the nose it displays a wide variety of aromas where the hint of butter and retro taste of paprika stand out.
Pasteurized goat's milk, animal rennet, calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments, preservative lysozyme, preservatives in rind E-202 and E235 and paprika.
