Pears in Red Wine by Prada a Tope are a traditional Bierzo dessert made entirely by hand. They use first-class Blanquilla pears, selected, peeled and cut manually, combined with Mencía red wine from the Canedo winery.

100% Handmade Preparation

Once prepared, the pears are placed in glass jars together with red wine, sugar and a touch of lemon. The jars are then cooked in a bain-marie to ensure natural preservation without additives.

No preservatives, colourings or chemicals are used. Everything is done naturally and by hand following Bierzo tradition.
