What is the Earl Grey, how to take it and why
The Earl Grey tea is a tea blend scented with oil of bergamot. Traditionally made with black tea, there are other varieties made with green tea or oolong tea flavoured with bergamot that are called the same way.
The mixtures most common of this tea are obtained with varieties of black tea fermented from India and Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon), although given its popularity there are many different qualities and origins on the market, and also sells Earl Grey, green tea or white tea, or versions decaffeinated.
It is usually taken alone or with a little milk. Its citrus flavor is refreshing and can be taken cold. Due to the intensity of the flavor of the Earl Grey original, it is considered appropriate to take at any time of the day.

How to prepare this infusion
To enjoy this tasty tea, the only thing you need to do is boil water and pour it in a container in which we'll take a tablespoon of the dry grass. After letting it pose for 3 minutes, we will be able to strain the water and relax with our tea.
