Sheep cheese Cumbre of Trujillo What do we find in this product? A semi-hard cheese made with pasteurized milk of sheep. Following the traditional recipe of the pastors of the area that has been inherited over the centuries, you get a cheese that is a true provocation for the senses. Main features: Artisan cheese Sheep, semicurado Firm in cut and paste blind Soft Aroma Buttery texture Soft in the mouth and fresh A cheese of ivory white with small eyes irregular, creamy texture but consistent. A great wealth of aromatic, with hints of fresh milk, curd and butter, subtle aromas of dried fruits and spices spicy. In the mouth it is soft, untoso and pleasant, fresh, balanced. With an aftertaste very different from the other cheeses pasteurized. Tasting It can be consumed in different ways but we recommend to try it spread on toasted bread or along with honey, combining sweet taste. Enjoy it only to appreciate their flavour, or with fresh fruit and bread. In addition, it is a good cheese to use in cooking, melted on pararas roasted for example. For it to be matched it is recommended that a wine with Denomination of Origin Ribera del Guadiana.
