Katealde produces magnificent products in a completely artisanal way, raising ducks in Navarra, in the town of Alsasua at the foot of the Urbasa mountain range, a natural setting where ducks have been raised freely since the 1980s.
By carrying out the entire process exclusively in their open-air farms and with tradition as a standard, feeding their ducks with corn bait, the highest quality products are obtained.
