Made in the traditional way with raw Florida goat milk, a native breed of the Sierra Morena. This milk acquires the quality of raw because it has been processed freshly milked or treated without ever exceeding 40º, offering a result of high quality and purity.

It has a maturation of more than 60 days and a firm texture that crumbles easily.
