Production, Maturation and Bottling
The base pomace brandy is obtained through slow distillation in a copper still. Once distilled, it is blended with pure Liébana honey and rested to allow the flavours to integrate. Bottled at origin in 70 cl format with around 30% vol, each batch is organoleptically tested to ensure its characteristic sweetness and aroma.
