Production, Maturation and Bottling
The grape pomace brandy is distilled in a copper still and macerated for weeks with té del puerto harvested in Liébana and sugar. Slow filtration yields a clean, golden liqueur, bottled at origin, with batch tasting to ensure aromatic persistence.
