A delicious digestive liqueur made from grape pomace brandy and an infusion of “té del puerto” —a wild herb from the Picos de Europa massif— sweetened with sugar. Its golden hue, herbal aroma and smooth palate with balsamic notes make it the perfect end to a meal. Crafted by the Mariano Camacho family using traditional methods and winner of Alquitara de Oro awards.

Serving & Pairing: Herbal Liqueur 70 cl

Ideal for after-dinner sipping or to add an aromatic touch to desserts and coffee. Best enjoyed chilled or over ice to highlight its herbal notes.

  • Digestif shot after meals (neat or on the rocks)
  • “Carajillo” or coffee with herbal liqueur
  • Lemon sorbet with té del puerto
  • With goat cheeses, dark chocolate or nuts

Production, Maturation and Bottling

The grape pomace brandy is distilled in a copper still and macerated for weeks with té del puerto harvested in Liébana and sugar. Slow filtration yields a clean, golden liqueur, bottled at origin, with batch tasting to ensure aromatic persistence.
