The loin is one of the "noble parts" of the Iberian pig. Due to its texture and flavor, it is one of the most appreciated sausages by gourmets. This piece comes from the muscle that is under the ribs of the pig, next to the spine.

The 100% Iberian acorn loin is a bite that is marked in memory over low heat. And not only that. In addition to being a delight for the palate, the smell of the room where the Iberian loin is cured is spectacular!

It is rich in protein so it is recommended to take during childhood, adolescence and pregnancy, and it is ideal for people who do sports, as it helps to develop muscle mass.

Among the vitamins of group B it contains, B1 stands out, on the one hand, which works very well if you suffer from stress and depression, as it helps to reduce these situations, and is also recommended in periods of pregnancy, lactation and after surgical interventions or during periods of recovery or convalescence.
