At AnchoasDeluxe, we work with artisan producers and specialized gourmet food suppliers. We ensure that the information displayed on each product sheet is clear, complete, accurate, and updated in accordance with the data provided by the manufacturer, supplier, or responsible food operator.
The food information available on this sheet may include, as applicable, the product name, ingredients, allergens, net quantity, storage conditions, instructions for use, nutritional information, origin, food operator details, and other relevant product characteristics.
For food products sold online, mandatory information is provided before the purchase is finalized, except for data that may legally be available at the time of delivery, such as the minimum durability date, expiration date, batch number, or other variable data associated with the product received.
Due to artisan production, batch changes, labeling updates, or modifications made by the manufacturer, there may be slight variations between the information or image displayed on the website and the product finally delivered. These variations will not affect the essential characteristics of the purchased product.
Before consuming the product, we always recommend checking the physical labeling on the package received, especially regarding ingredients, allergens, storage, best before or expiration date, batch, and instructions for use.
If you detect a significant difference between the information displayed on the website and the labeling of the product received, or if you have any questions about ingredients, allergens, storage, or consumption, please contact our customer service before consuming it. We will review your case to offer an appropriate solution.
Product Images and Serving Suggestions
Product images are for informational and presentation purposes. We ensure they faithfully represent the commercialized product, although there may be slight variations in format, design, batch, label, or presentation.
The object of the purchase is solely the main product described in the title, description, and characteristics of the product sheet.
Decorative elements, accessories, backgrounds, tableware, flowers, ribbons, glasses, baskets, accompanying food, or other objects that may appear in the photographs are shown solely as a serving suggestion, setting, or example of use.
Unless expressly stated that the product is a pack, lot, case, gift box, or set, such decorative or setting elements are not included in the price nor do they form part of the purchased product.
Returns, Withdrawal, and Incidents
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a product with an error, breakage, damage, apparent quality loss, or transport incident, please contact us at info@anchoasdeluxe.com or by phone at +34 942 500 440 so we can review the case.
In general, consumers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal for distance purchases, except for legally provided exceptions.
For reasons of food safety, hygiene, preservation, and traceability, certain food products cannot be returned by withdrawal when they can deteriorate or expire rapidly, when they require refrigerated preservation or special conditions, when they have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or when they have been customized or prepared according to specific customer instructions.
Food products suitable for return must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
In the event of an incorrect, damaged, defective, poor condition product, or an incident attributable to AnchoasDeluxe or transport, we will manage the corresponding solution at no cost to the customer, once the incident has been reviewed.
We recommend reporting any breakage, visible damage, or transport incident as soon as possible and, if possible, within the first 24/48 hours from delivery, attaching photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, transport label, and affected product. This recommendation helps us manage the incident more quickly, without prejudice to the legal rights corresponding to the consumer.
