Gazpacho is an ideal cold dish for hot summer days or for a light meal . The gazpacho, characteristic of Andalusia, has its origin in the ancient day laborers and peasants who took advantage of the dry bread of previous days and dipped it in crushed tomato, crushed garlic, salt, oil and vinegar.

Suggestion of consumption of the Andalusian Gazpacho
- Shake before opening (due to the fact that this product has been made with natural ingredients, it is possible that there may be some difference in color or it may settle on the base or upper part of the bottle).
- Consume very cold. Prepare some fried bread croutons, cut the gazpacho ingredients into very small cubes and serve a little over the gazpacho.
Crushed tomato, water, cucumber, green pepper, bread ( wheat flour, water, yeast and salt), olive oil, vinegar , garlic and salt.
