Conservas Artesanas Serrano began with the elaboration in 1880. From that moment until now its elaboration has not changed, they continue to use traditional methods to obtain higher quality artisan products.

They use as raw material fruits and vegetables of the best quality, obtained from the Riojan orchard (Ribera del Ebro), a privileged area in which they are found. During the manufacture they carry out a totally artisan treatment and carry out continuous quality controls.
