The Duck Mousse is made with 52% duck meat and fat, duck liver, egg, milk, sugar, salt, natural spices and preservatives. Katealde supervises every step of the process, from raising ducks outdoors and feeding them whole corn, to final production and packaging under strict quality and hygiene standards.
