What do we find in this product?
Semi-cured cheese made with sheep's milk from our production, which after careful curdling is molded and pressed with a cotton cloth.
Like the whole family of our cheeses, Pepper semi-cured cheese is made with milk from our production . After maturing for two months, we add a layer of black pepper , to re-ripen another month in the drying chamber.
Our pepper cheese has a pleasant aroma, resulting from the mixture of sheep's milk and the slightly spicy tones of pepper. We recommend drizzling with olive oil before eating, since it enhances the flavors of the cheese and awakens the intensity of the pepper.
