What do we find in this product?

It is made by choosing the best milk that comes from high mountain pastures , maintaining all the original properties of milk.

Cured cow cheese made by hand with raw milk. With moldy bark it has an intense aroma and a flavor typical of the nature that surrounds it.

On the palate you can see the taste of cream, yogurt and butter, with different fruity touches. A cheese with very little time on the market that has already been recognized for its majesty with the silver medal at the World Cheese Awards 2017-2018.

Cheese made with raw milk, what does this feature mean?

The preparation with raw milk does not carry out any thermal or physical process of bacterial elimination, the microorganisms in the milk remain unchanged and they go directly to the cheese, which requires an exhaustive control in the elaboration .

La Quesería Quesoba is a family business located in Cantabria. In it artisan cheeses are made with cow's milk from the high mountains. With very little time in the market, its objective has been to recover the flavors of the cheeses of a lifetime, through artisanal elaboration, by hand.

Despite taking their work for barely two years in the market, the commitment and love with which they have worked has been rewarded with two very important awards, obtaining the bronze medal and later the silver medal in the most important award of cheeses to world level, the Worls Cheese Award.
