Cheese Gamoneu Del Valle Mini 500 gr approx. DOP Gamoneu What do we find in this product? This cheese is elaborated with raw milk of cow and goat. It is a cheese like cabrales cheese and is made in the villages of mountain of Asturias. Following the tradition and developing always artisanal cheeses of the highest quality. Main features: Handmade Fat cheese, matured Pasta, semi-hard, firm Blue cheese Intense, slightly spicy Eyes small and irregular, Protected designation of origin We are faced with a fatty cheese, matured, natural bark and lightly smoked. Its bark is thin with reddish tones, green and blue, while its interior, although it has these nuances, it is white-yellowish. Its paste is semi-hard or hard, firm, with eyes of small size and distributed irregularly. Its taste is intense, dominated by the softness of the smoke and with a touch of slightly spicy going to be buttery and with a persistent aftertaste in the mouth. A delicious artisan cheese made to get the best taste and quality. Protected designation of origin The cheese of Gamoneu del Valle is produced in small cheese dairies family of the western massif of Picos de Europa.
