Caviar Russian Style ECO Classic Riofrio 50 gr

What do we find in this product?

We found the first certified organic caviar in the world from the Acipenser naccarii sturgeon raised for more than 18 years maintaining Russian standards , with a "classic" type size of 2.5 to 2.8 mm.

Being made without preservatives we can discover in this organic caviar the most intense sensations that a caviar can bring to the palate.

  • Its color is variable from greenish gray to black and brown gray.
  • Complex and intense flavor.
  • Fresh, without maturation, 100% organic.

It is one of the luxury gourmet products par excellence. The shortage of production, in addition to its tasty flavor, make it a luxury aperitif.

How is Russian style caviar made?

The production of caviar from Riofrío Russian style is based on the purest Russian tradition that was used in the times of the Tsars. The experts in charge of the elaboration use the malossol style, using the right amount of salt, in order to achieve a fresher and purer caviar.

The result of this organic caviar is just like the authentic fresh caviar that the Tsars used to eat.

Caviar from Riofrío

The Riofrío fish farm dates back to 1955 and was born out of friendship, as three friends decided to join together to create the first commercial fish farm in Spain, located specifically in Navarra. It was an initiative full of vision and courage, since it would make the Riofrío fish farm a pioneer in fish farming in Spain.

In the 1960s, the project expanded and activities related to aquaculture began to be carried out, in addition to incorporating new facilities in Navarra and Granada, the latter being the most relevant, due to a higher volume and quality of its waters.
