History and Origin: Finca La Rosala
Finca La Rosala was founded in Calzada de Calatrava, Castilla-La Mancha , on a farm with the reddish soils that give the brand its name. This family story begins with the restoration of sustainable crops, such as pistachios, on dry land, and with Pedro Sr.'s passion for nuts.
In 2013, Pedro was taught by Angelito , a master roaster using techniques inherited from the 19th century. After months of learning, Pedro began giving away his creations and, together with his son, founded Finca La Rosala after triumphing at the Salón Gourmet and winning an innovation award.
Today, the entire family continues to develop unique, healthy, and surprising flavors , with a presence in more than 15 countries.
OUR DISTINCTION : Top-quality nuts, natural flavors, gluten and lactose free, vegan-friendly , and additive-free . Hand-roasted using Angelito's ancestral technique.
