- The ideal container: Although it can be made in a paella pan, this rice reaches its maximum splendor if it is finished in a clay pot, respecting its historical origin of "arròs passejat".
- Step-by-step preparation: Pour the contents of the can into the pot. When the broth begins to boil, add the Albufera variety rice (included in the pack), which will absorb all the flavor of the broth without losing its firmness.
- The oven touch: For a perfect finish, place the dish in a preheated oven at 220ºC. The last few minutes will allow the potato and sun-dried tomato to finish caramelizing, creating a delicious crust.
