Finca La Rosala is a family story. Encarni Ciudad inherited the farm with its pinkish-red soil in Calzada de Calatrava, Castilla-La Mancha. After researching what to grow on dry land, the family chose pistachios, ideal for their low water consumption and resistance to extreme temperatures. Pedro, along with Angelito, master roaster, perfected the artisanal technique that distinguishes our nuts today. The name Rosala honors our roots, and 2013 marks the year our adventure as a company began after receiving recognition at the Salón Gourmet. Today we are present in more than 15 countries and continue to innovate with natural and surprising flavors like this Pistachio Saffron and Lemon.
