CONSEJOS

Las anchoas siempre deben de conservarse en el frigorífico hasta su degustación, una vez queramos disfrutar de estas, las sacaremos unos 15-20 minutos antes para que a temperatura ambiente el aceite y la sal se disuelvan de su posible solidificación a causa del frío.

Las anchoas deben abrirse y consumirse en su totalidad, la luz y el aire irán resecando las anchoas sobrantes y no estarán en las mismas condiciones que las primeras.

Siempre que sea posible una anchoa se conserva y se presenta mejor en formato de lata, más caducidad, mejor presentada por su forma horizontal que a la hora de colocarla es mejor.

En la lata no la afecta ni la luz, ni el aire y los vahos que se pueden generar en un tarro de cristal.
