Conservas Pujadó Solano dates back to the 70s when Milagros Solano, daughter of the Cantabrian town of Santoña, top of the anchovy, from a family with a seafaring tradition and the salting of anchovies, decided, with her entrepreneurial spirit and the unconditional help of her husband Alfonso Pujadó, founding the company in Barcelona in 1984.

Anchovies are rich in omega-3, which helps lower cholesterol and plasma triglyceride levels, also increasing the fluidity of the blood, preventing thrombi and clots.
