What do we find in this product?

As a result of the demand for an “ all-purpose ” oil, they have created this format with an assembly made from picual and arbequina. With an effective double valve system for a comfortable and smooth pouring of the precious liquid, which allows it to be easily dosed without surprises or spills.

Very versatile for daily use , both on salads and for cooking. It adds a subtle touch to the beef tenderloin with mushrooms, the roasted potatoes and some broad beans with ham and poached egg.

Story

In 1986, Francisco Riberas, already at that time one of the most solid Spanish businessmen, acquired the La Ventilla farm, in El Carpio de Tajo (Toledo), to start his career in the agriculture business. Over the years, it has widened the boundaries of that small farm until it became a huge mosaic of crops and uses.

This oil is intended to be a simple tribute to his family and to all those who had the privilege of working with him, to the unrepeatable person of Francisco Riberas, who did not see the culmination of that project.

Casas de Hualdo Awards

The prizes and awards in the world of EVOO have been a great stimulus for quality producers for some years. They have allowed not only to confront but also to share the importance of the vintage, the virtues of each varietal or the different geographical areas, with the disparity that this entails.

Its oils have been awarded by organizations and prestigious tasting panels in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, China, Japan, Canada, United States, Argentina ... as well as by the Denomination of Origin that welcomes us and by the Spanish region in them we meet.
