The cannery Solano Arriola is a family company founded in 1990 in Santoña (Cantabria, Spain). Since then it has maintained the highest quality standards with the goal of preserving the best anchovy canning tradition.
Their experience comes from a long family tradition and deep knowledge of both the raw material and the production process. The fish is carefully selected at the port and processed fresh to ensure the best quality.
In 2008 their excellence was internationally recognised with the Aurum Award for Best European Producer.
